Sometimes the best motivator is honest feedback. VMware does good work, but that should never over shadow when VMware should improve.

True, 3i or ESXi as it is now known as, is or has been improved, the question now is, is ESXi sufficient to defend against Hyper-V, Xen, or even the laternal threat of RHEL KVM? Only time, can customer selection/purchase trending, will tell.

All doors open to courtesy? Not sure I understand you comment? Are you saying somehow or way, being critical of ESXi is not appropriate? I will admit that I did use some humor, and such to convey my views, but the facts are, ESXi as it was released initially was just not an enterprise solution at all. I don’t see that telling the truth is discourtious.
